William Sage

Will has always been a people person. He loves learning about others and helping them achieve their goals. This passion led him to a successful 20-year career in the US Air Force, where he learned logistics, leadership, security, and human resource management.

After moving around the world with his wife and kids, Will and his family landed in South Mississippi. Here, he completed his Active Duty service and decided to use his skills, knowledge, and experience in the Real Estate industry. He takes pride in making the home selling and buying process smooth, enjoyable, and the best experience for his clients. When he's not working, Will enjoys spending time with his family and friends, playing golf, working out with his CrossFit family, and eating as much crawfish as possible.

Teresa Sage

Teresa grew up in St. Louis, Missouri, but her family roots are in South Louisiana. Having graduated from Texas Christian University, she made the move to Europe for her first career working in the non-profit sector. Teresa's dedication to helping others has seen her hold numerous voluntary roles as a military spouse as well as a rewarding job in international sales. In her spare time she loves to coach cheerleading.

After many moves with the Air Force Teresa was delighted to pursue her long-time passion of real estate by obtaining her Real Estate Brokers license.

Teresa understands that finding the right home can be one of life's most important decisions and strives to make it both an enjoyable and stress-free experience. Drawing from her personal experiences as a military spouse, international sales background, as well as her expertise in real estate, Teresa is confident that she can help you reach your real estate goals.

Heidi Kugl has been in the real estate business since 2001 and has lived in the East Bay for over 40 years. She is a Certified Negotiation Expert and she prides herself on being a fierce negotiator. Heidi is easy-going, loves working with people and has a great reputation in the real estate community.

She is extremely knowledgable about all markets. Heidi has 3 children, loves to travel and cook and is passionate about her job and the community.
